Not many people realize this, but Arizona State may have signed the best class of receivers in the entire country for 2020. Herm Edwards wanted to get his young quarterback some help so he went out and landed two top-200 receivers, a top-200 athlete who can play receiver and four-star wide out Chad Johnson Jr.

It’s safe to say this team will have no issue passing the ball in the immediate future, especially because Edwards also landed a couple of offensive line transfers from Stanford and Texas A&M.

Johnny Wilson may be the most intriguing receiver prospect in this year’s loaded class, standing a mammoth 6-foot-6 and weighing in at about 215 pounds. He’s a monster wide out from Calabasas, Calif., and he’s ranked the No. 115 overall player in the class and No. 21 at the position. He should see the field right away for an offense that needs some explosiveness.

Wilson runs a 4.59 40-yard dash and has a 36.9-inch vertical which proves his athleticism — impressive for a receiver his size.

Tommy Hudson, Frank Darby and Kyle Williams are all gone and Wilson is ready to come in right away and contribute.
