The absolute gauntlet of games continues as Michigan follows up a three-game stretch of Wisconsin, Penn State and Michigan State with a road game against Minnesota.

In case you haven’t been paying attention, Minnesota has been one of the best up-and-coming teams in the Big Ten and may just be the favorite to come out of the West in 2020. Tanner Morgan is back after passing for over 3,200 yards and 30 touchdowns last season and that’s bad news for Michigan’s defense.

While the Wolverines have held quarterbacks in check up to this point in the year, Morgan is going to have a big game and lead the Gophers to the “upset” here.

Final Score: Michigan 23, Minnesota 31 (5-2, 2-2)

Two years ago, it looked like Purdue might be on the same track that Minnesota was last year, contending in the Big Ten, but the Boilermakers took a big step back in 2019.

Jeff Brohm had to deal with a plethora of injuries to his best players last season but they’ll be back this year, including All-American candidate Rondale Moore. Will that be enough to pull off a road upset against Michigan? No, but Moore will still put on a show.

Final Score: Purdue 14, Michigan 35 (6-2, 3-2)
