Georgia Football: Top 3 prospects for the 2021 NFL Draft

Richard LeCounte was one of the top recruits for the Bulldogs in 2017 and he has not disappointed since arriving in Athens and had a huge junior season in 2019.

In fact, LeCounte totaled four interceptions and had 61 tackles to go with two forced fumbles as well. He has very good coverage instincts and is a playmaker in the Bulldogs’ secondary.

LeCounte could have been a first-round pick if he had decided to come out this season but decided to return to Athens to try and bring the Bulldogs that long awaited national championship. If he can improve even more and get back to the national spotlight with a playoff appearance, we could see him go on Day 1 of the 2021 NFL Draft.
