Kentucky Football: Way-too-early 2020 depth chart projections
Offensive Line
Starters: Landon Young (LT), Luke Fortner (LG), Drake Jackson (OC), Kenneth Horsey (RG), Darian Kinnard (RT)
Backups: Naasir Watkins (OT), Quintin Wilson (OC), Austin Dotson (OG)
Perhaps the main reason Kentucky was able to turn around their football program has been finding trench monsters. The last four seasons Kentucky’s offensive line helped create holes for the programs all-time leading rusher and now Pittsburgh Steeler Benny Snell Jr. and last season paved the way for the SEC’s top rushing attack and the fourth leading rushing group in the nation.

In 2020, all but NFL draft pick Logan Stenberg will return to the offensive line. Landon Young returns for his senior season after starting all 13 games in 2019 despite having just returned from a torn ACL.
Drake Jackson, who was named first-team All-SEC and has started each game the last two seasons, also returns along with another fellow senior in Luke Fortner and junior Darian Kinnard, who was among the highest-rated offensive lineman in the country last season.
Kenneth Horsey projects to be the Wildcats’ lone new starter replacing Stenberg. He’s an open heart surgery survivor and has impressed the coaching staff on and off the field.
On the bench, the Wildcats will have experience in Naasir Watkins whose made plenty of spot starts as well as Quintin Wilson and Austin Dotson who are being groomed for starting roles with three starters set to depart after the season.
