Yes, I have Arkansas State ahead of a team like Rutgers. Why? Because the Red Wolves are coming off an 8-5 season and are led by Blake Anderson who is 47-30 in five seasons with the program. He has built a winner in the Sun Belt and if the Red Wolves and Scarlet Knights played in 2020, you’d find few people picking Rutgers.

The Arkansas State defense was atrocious last season but it returns just four starters while the offense ranked 33rd nationally in total yardage and 26th in scoring.

This game should be a comfortable win, but not exactly a cakewalk.

Just ahead of Rutgers in the Big Ten projections for 2020, Maryland is a program on the rise thanks to Mike Locksley and his ability to recruit.

Josh Jackson is back at quarterback but he’ll be pushed by Lance LeGendre, a star from QB1: Beyond the Lights’ third season, as well as Alabama transfer Taulia Tagovailoa who also happens to be the younger brother of Tua.

Maryland has a lot of young budding stars and the Terrapins could surprise some people in 2020, but don’t expect Michigan to fall victim to an upset here.
