Week 3

Game of the week: Florida at Texas A&M

This is one of those added games for the season and I, for one, am very excited about it. The Gators are trying to prove they can compete for the top of the SEC East and the Aggies are trying to do the same in the West.

Of course, Texas A&M is coming off of Alabama and Florida is coming off of South Carolina. The difference in those two games is big and that will likely show on the field come Week 3. However, this is a must-win for both teams if either wants to compete in their divisions.

Honorable mention: Mississippi State at Kentucky

I’m intrigued by Mississippi State this year under Mike Leach and even more by Kentucky as their fans seem to be set that they can compete in the SEC East this season.

If the Wildcats truly are going to compete, this is a game they have to win. Will KJ Costello and Kylin Hill be able to get the offense going and take down the likes of Terry Wilson and Co.? This one will be interesting to watch for sure.
