2. Kyle Trask will pass for over 400 yards

Anyone who watched the opener against Ole Miss would have been quick to jump on the Kyle Trask bandwagon. The senior Florida quarterback threw for over 400 yards and six touchdowns on 30-of-42 passing and it made fans feel like maybe he was on track to becoming the next Joe Burrow breakout star.

It’s still very possible.

Trask had a solid first season as starter for the Gators, replacing Feleipe Franks, but he’s now getting the nod from Week 1 on and he already looks like he’s taken that next step.

The shaky Tennessee quarterback situation was still able to pass for over 260 yards against South Carolina and that’s music to Trask’s ears. He’s going to take advantage of a mediocre secondary and pass for over 400 yards for the second straight week with four touchdowns.

Through two weeks, Trask will have over 800 yards passing and 10 touchdowns. Heisman Trophy, here comes Trask.
