1. Notre Dame embarrasses Florida State

Florida State has been embarrassed already. Miami took the Seminoles to the woodshed a couple weeks ago, 52-10, and before that, Georgia Tech pulled off the upset of Florida State. Let’s not even talk about last weekend when the Seminoles were trailing Jacksonville State at halftime on their own field.

Notre Dame is going to be the latest team to embarrass the Mike Norvell-led Seminoles and it’s not for a lack of talent, but this is a rebuilding year for Florida State.

Florida State has found it tough to be competitive through the first month of the season and that will continue on Saturday evening against a really good Notre Dame team looking to make a push for a playoff spot.

Brian Kelly’s team will be motivated from start to finish, Ian Book will have a solid game, Kyren Williams will have a breakout contest and the defense will show up.

The Irish are going to flat-out embarrass the Seminoles.
