1. It’s time to jump on the Myles Brennan bandwagon

Want to blame this game on Myles Brennan? Even the biggest Brennan haters can’t do that because he had one of the best games, if not the best, of his young career. He was the reason LSU kept up with Missouri in this shootout because he kept making the throws necessary.

Brennan finished with 430 yards and four touchdowns on 29-of-48 passing.

Could he have been more accurate? Probably, but this kid continues to show he’s not afraid of tossing the deep ball and taking risks. And he doesn’t make many bad decisions.

On the year, he’s over 1,000 yards and has 11 touchdowns to just three interceptions. After a season-opening loss to Mississippi State, people were quick to call Brennan a disappointment and say that Joe Burrow was going to be missed more than LSU had expected. Not the case as he’s playing some great football.

It’s time to jump on the Brennan bandwagon because this kid is quickly becoming a star. It’s a shame his defense is letting him down.
