Winner: Northwestern (Up to  No.19)

After making their debut in this list a week ago, Northwestern continues to climb and this week, they do so after getting a huge win over Purdue that kept them undefeated and sets up a huge showdown with Wisconsin, in which the winner should be able to capture the West division in the Big Ten.

Northwestern has been excellent on defense and transfer quarterback Peyton Ramsey has been a nice addition to a struggling offense. Expect to see Northwestern back in the winners section of this piece if they win next Saturday.

Winner: Texas A&M (Stayed at No. 5)

Texas A&M is a winner this week due to the fact that they stayed put and were not jumped by either Florida or Cincinnati. There was some thought that because of their big win over Arkansas, Florida might leap the Aggies for the fifth spot, but the voters are still giving A&M credit for their head to head win over the Gators. A&M needs to be impressive the rest of the way for a chance at the college football playoff, but so far so good.
