The Wildcats are down a spot this week. Terry Wilson and the offense just aren’t enough to win games this season and we are seeing that week in and week out. They capped off the season with a win over South Carolina, but that wasn’t enough to keep them up in the power rankings. Look for the Wildcats to focus on offense in the offseason, looking to get better on that front.

Ole Miss is up to No. 9, but they are now unable to play due to COIVD issues and they will lose the Texas A&M matchup that was scheduled for this week. I don’t expect them to move around much more than they have right now unless they can play next week to face off against LSU. We will just have to wait and see.

Many will be upset with me having Arkansas over Ole Miss, but they do have the head-to-head win and I am just overly impressed with Arkansas as a whole this season in comparison to what we have seen in past years. They will close the season with Alabama, an almost sure loss, but no matter what, they should be proud of what they have put together.

LSU is an interesting phenomenon this season. After going 15-0 last season, this season has been depressing, to say the least for them. Now, they sit at 3-5 on the year at are just in the middle of the conference. They could fall if they fall to Florida and then to Ole Miss in the coming weeks though, so don’t get too comfortable here.
