3. Offensive line struggles again

Offensive line has been the biggest weak link for the Hurricanes all season and once again in a big game, Miami just got outplayed and were just whipped up front.

In short yardage situations, they could not create any room for the Miami running backs to find a lane to gain any yards and that resulted in giving North Carolina momentum and letting the game get out of hand quickly.

The Hurricanes are young up front, but the way that they could not get any push in the run game, against one of the worst run defenses in the ACC was disappointing. The pass protection was subpar and could not keep D’Eriq King clean when he was blitzed.

The Hurricanes have to develop and recruit better talent up front.
