Kentucky should be in a decent position heading into the 2021 season but the Wildcats will be starting a new quarterback with little experience.

At least the Gators have Emory Jones who has appeared in plenty of games before and by this point in the year, he’ll be rolling. He will be a surprise star in college football and he’ll lead the Gators into Lexington and they’ll steal a big road win from the Wildcats.

The real question here is will Todd Grantham learn from last year’s early-game mistakes against Kentucky?

Final Score: Florida 37, Kentucky 30 (4-1, 2-1)

There may not be a team in the SEC in a worse spot than Vanderbilt and it’s been that way for years. The Commodores aren’t exactly home to a recruiting hotbed and they’ve been sitting at the bottom of the SEC standings for a while. Now they’re fielding a new head coach.

Clark Lea will have his work cut out for him as he returns to Vanderbilt and don’t exact any head coach on head coach fireworks this time around.

Vanderbilt will hang around for a quarter and then the Gators will assert their dominance.

Final Score: Vanderbilt 17, Florida 44 (5-1, 3-1)
