In the running for best name in the 2022 recruiting class, Bear Alexander is also looking like one of the top defensive line talents as well.

On top of that, he’s looking like a Texas A&M lean.

Alexander is another Texas-based recruit who’s high on the Aggies and he’s ranked the No. 31 recruit in the nation as well as the No. 7 defensive lineman and eighth-best prospect from the Lone Star State, according to the composite. Texas A&M is the current favorite to land him over Alabama and it’d be a shock to see him leave the state.

The five-star defensive lineman hasn’t taken an official visit to Texas A&M yet but since he doesn’t live too far away, he’s likely going to take plenty of trips to College Station.

Miami and Alabama are the only officials he’s taken and it looks like the Crimson Tide are Texas A&M’s main threat here, but I give the edge to the Aggies.

Alexander is looking like an Aggie lock right now.
