Week 9: Florida vs. Georgia (Jacksonville)

This one is always an exciting matchup, whether you call it “Florida-Georgia” or “Georgia-Florida.” Don’t believe that is an actual argument? Ask a Florida or a Georgia fan.

Either way, one of the biggest parties in SEC football returns in Week 9, and it could decide the East once again this year if somehow both teams are either undefeated or have only one loss coming into the matchup.

Get excited for this one y’all.

Honorable Mention: Ole Miss at Auburn

Ole Miss is a straight-up exciting team this year and Auburn has a way of ruining teams’ seasons when it’s going well. I have this one circled as an honorable mention on my calendar and will be tuning into both of these matchups come Week 9.

Week 10: LSU at Alabama

Another matchup that can be extremely competitive is this one right here, LSU vs. Alabama. Now we don’t know much about LSU at this point, so this one could be a blowout for all we know, but I’m excited about anything SEC football has to offer.

If LSU wants to ruin what could be another perfect season for Alabama, I’m sure very few people around the SEC West would complain.

Honorable Mention: Auburn at Texas A&M

This game used to be won by the road team every single time and if that was still the case, the Aggies would be looking toward a ruined season. That streak was recently snapped though and now it has become a pretty competitive matchup. Look for this one to be another big game for the Aggies on the way to what they hope is an SEC football title.
