4. BYU vs. Utah (over 49)

Kyle Whittingham and Utah have absolutely dominated this rivalry over the past decade, winning nine in a row and 10 out of the last 11 in the series. The Holy War has been owned by the Utes and that might not change this season, especially with Zach Wilson in the NFL.

Charlie Brewer transferred to Utah this offseason which gave the Utes a massive upgrade from Jake Bentley at quarterback. I think he’s going to help the Utes put up some serious points this season and that begins on Saturday evening at BYU.

The Cougars had a decent opener, offensively, finishing with 368 yards against a Pac-12 foe in Arizona and Utah had 450 yards and 40 points against Weber State.

The Utes also gave up 17 points to an FCS program and BYU surrendered 16 to a bad Arizona team which will likely finish near the bottom of the Pac-12 this season.

All this does is lead me to believe that the bare minimum of points in this game with next to no effort is around 33, but I think that BYU will score more than the 17 the Utes gave up in the opener to a bad team and Utah will score more than the 16 Arizona put up on the Cougars.

I could see this one being a 35-28 type of final, reaching that over.
