With the second week of the HBCU season in the books, MEAC football looks to go back to the drawing board after what was not exactly the best weekend for the conference.

Each team lost its respective game although five of the six teams played against FBS opponents leading to blowout losses.

While there was not much to learn about who is truly equipped to be a contender in the conference based on the caliber of opponents, this past weekend was not about that.

This weekend for the MEAC was about the conference being able to showcase their talents amongst an audience they would not be able to on any other occasion.

The result of the game was never going to be in question rather this weekend was about measuring themselves up against FBS and proving they could hang.

Let’s take a look at how things went as we recap week two of the MEAC football season.
