Florida Football: Top 3 targets for 2021 Early Signing Day

Arguably the top prospect on the board for Florida, Quency Wiggins, unfortunately, looks like he’s trending toward LSU. The coaching change at Florida may have messed with things although LSU, too, let go of its head coach to make room for Brian Kelly.

So maybe this one is closer than people think.

Heading into Early Signing Day, it looks like Alabama, LSU, and Florida are the three finalists and there’s a feeling that he’s going to stay home and pick the Tigers.

Wiggins did just take a trip to LSU over the weekend while Florida’s official came all the way back in early October and Alabama never got one so I don’t think the Tide are serious players here. If I had to guess, this one is between Florida and LSU.

The four-star defensive lineman is ranked the No. 92 player in the class and 15th-best defensive lineman, according to the composite. After losing Khris Bogle (for now) to the transfer portal, adding some defensive line depth is important.
