Notre Dame is getting the final visit from one of the more impressive players in Utah’s 2022 recruiting class as Justius Lowe committed to the Utes a month ago. He’s going to have an early impact on Kyle Whittingham’s program — that is if he remains committed.

The fact that he committed and then didn’t sign in the early period shows that he may not be completely sold on Utah just yet.

Notre Dame, Florida, and USC are also still pushing for the three-star athlete from Lake Oswego, Ore., who picked up offers from those three programs to end the month of December. His options are elite, but he just took a trip to Utah which shows that he’s still willing to give the Utes a shot to retain his commitment, but Notre Dame is coming for him.

Lowe is a two-way player and a track star who could play some receiver or defensive back. He’s speedy and stands 6-1 and 182 pounds so he could fit nicely into either role.

The three-star athlete is ranked the No. 26 athlete in the class and he’s clearly still atop some top programs’ boards.
