Scouting Report. Sept 17. Gainesville, FL. South Florida Bulls. 3. player. Pick Analysis. 816

After a big victory over Kentucky, Florida is going to face an in-state team who has been struggling really bad as of late. South Florida has struggled as a program since Willie Taggart left and Jeff Scott is trying to get the program back to winning football games.

While Scott has done a nice job of upgrading the talent in Tampa with the transfer portal it is going to be tough to ask this team to go into Gainesville and win this game. Florida wins comfortbaly.

Final Score: Florida 49, South Florida 20 (2-1, 1-0 SEC)

player. 839. Scouting Report. Knoxville, TN. 4. Pick Analysis. Sept 24. Tennessee Volunteers

This game is going to close out what will be a tough opening month for Napier and the Gators. Tennessee is coming off of a surprising season in which they won seven games and had an exciting offense. That is going to lead to some preseason expectations that are going to be placed on the Volunteers and they should be ranked heading into this game against Florida.

This game used to be one of the best games in the SEC. It is used to determine the SEC East and in many cases, the SEC. There has not been that level of importance in this game in many years, but this should be a battle to see who might challenge Georgia in the East. With the game being in Knoxville and Hendon Hooker as the quarterback, the Volunteers will take down the Gators.

Final Score: Florida 31, Tennessee 41 (2-2, 1-1 SEC)
