2. Dorian Thompson-Robinson has that it factor

All the talk ahead of Friday’s game was about how great Michael Penix Jr. had looked this season. The forgotten quarterback was senior Dorian Thompson-Robinson and he thrived in that underdog role on his home field.

Being the overlooked quarterback seemed to fit him nicely as all he did was go out and throw for over 300 yards and three touchdowns and he didn’t turn the ball over.

Not only that, but he was able to keep the Washington defense honest by picking up yards with his legs to move the sticks and he even hurdled a defender in the first half, getting what felt like three feet in the air. He looked fantastic all night long and was the more consistent quarterback between him and Penix.

This win will undoubtedly earn him more love on a national level as his Bruins improve to 5-0 and he’s likely to lead a ranked team into battle next week.

Watching DTR play is a treat and he definitely has that it factor.
