Gervon Dexter may not be the prospect he was a year ago after he broke out with the Gators in 2021, but he’s still a guy that I could see going on Day 2 of the NFL draft.

Dexter has a really solid 6-foot-6, 303-pound frame and he has been known to cause problems for opposing offensive linemen. It’s really tough to slow down a guy like Dexter who has size and athleticism and can just overpower you.

Over his three-year career, Dexter had 125 total tackles, 10.5 tackles for loss, five sacks, two interceptions, and two pass breakups. He’s a big body on that defensive line that can clog running lanes and get after the passer.

I could see him going in the mid-to-late third round on Friday night.
