Texas A&M football: Post-spring game-by-game predictions for 2023
Not many people are as high on Arkansas this season as I am. I think the Razorbacks should be ranked in the AP Top 25 to start the season with KJ Jefferson back at quarterback and Rocket Sanders likely one of the top running backs in the SEC.
And this game never disappoints. It almost always seems to be a thriller lately and this year will be no different.
Arkansas and Texas A&M are going to go back and forth in another classic while Sam Pittman and the Razorbacks hand the Aggies their first loss of the season.
Prediction: Loss (4-1, 1-1)
The schedule doesn’t get any easier after the Arkansas rivalry game for Texas A&M as the Aggies will have the unfortunate task of hosting Alabama.
This year, however, the Tide seem rather beatable because of the quarterback position. Jalen Milroe and Ty Simpson didn’t exactly impress during the spring game which made Nick Saban go out and land Tyler Buchner in the transfer portal from Notre Dame.
Still, Alabama is Alabama and Saban is going to Saban this season, pulling off a big win in College Station.
Prediction: Loss (4-2, 1-2)
