16. Nebraska

If I could move Nebraska up even further on this list, I would. Some of the nicest, most down to earth fans in the country reside in Nebraska and they pack Memorial Stadium every Saturday, regardless of how bad the Cornhuskers have been.

The Scott Frost era lasted probably a little too long because fans were willing to wait it out and see if the prodigal son could turn things around at his alma mater. It was hard for the fanbase to move on from him because he was one of their own.

But now that Matt Rhule is in town, the excitement and expectations are back on the rise and it looks like Nebraska could be a threat in the Big Ten again.

Once they start putting a legit product on the field regularly, it’s going to be virtually impossible to win in Lincoln — it’s already tough and they haven’t been good. Nebraska has sold out an incredible 389 consecutive games which is unbelievable if you really think about it.
