Colorado football: 3 bold predictions vs. Stanford in Week 7
2. Shedeur Sanders totals over 500 yards
It’s been a heck of a start to the FBS career of Shedeur Sanders as his legend is growing with each game. Heck, just last weekend he was flexing on Arizona State fans after engieneering a comeback win in the desert, 27-24.
Sanders has over 2,000 passing yards on the season, but his rushing yards are currently in the negatives because he’s taken so many sacks.
On Friday night, however, he’s going to rush for positive yardage and combined with his passing totals, he’s going to have over 500 yards for the second time this season.
Passing for well over 300 yards is nothing new to Sanders as he’s done that in four out of six games, but he hasn’t utilized his legs enough and he’ll do that against the Cardinal.
Stanford’s defense is mediocre, at best, and Sanders and this offense, with the return of Travis Hunter, are going to take full advantage to the tune of over 600 total yards and 500-plus of those will be coming from the quarterback.
