The Alex Golesh era begins at Auburn, and he'll need to help the team get over it's Alabama problem. Alabama football currently holds a 6 game win streak in the Iron Bowl, Alabama Basketball beat Steven Pearl in both matchups this season, and Alabama Baseball just swept the Tigers on the diamond.

Given that football is next on the calendar, the pressure on Alex Golesh is only going to be higher given the results in the other sports. As Alex Golesh is tasked with finally giving the fans back some bragging rights, he's installed a new practice method that will either be a great move or a major failure.

Alex Golesh makes bold move blaring Dixieland Delight

The Auburn Tigers took the field for Spring practice on Tuesday, and everyone's keeping a close eye on Alex Golesh's first few practices on the Plains. One thing that Auburn notably did was an Iron Bowl period where Dixieland Delight was blaring through the practice.

Alabama notably plays Dixieland Delight in the 4th quarter where students add in some not so kind words about Auburn, LSU, and Tennessee.

The move by Alex Golesh could be genius as putting an extra emphasis on beating the Tigers biggest rival is never a bad thing. Auburn can't treat the Iron Bowl like it's just another game because it isn't and it shows every time these two teams meet on the field.

The biggest concern for Alex Golesh is that he may just be creating the perfect troll for Alabama fans. If Auburn loses the Iron Bowl, Alabama fans will certainly remember this move, and the video will be used constantly.

Alex Golesh is looking for new ways to get this team to beat Alabama, and the on-field results will prove if the move was genius or incredibly corny.
