Now here’s where the bowl week gets fun. The first set of bowl games obviously brings all the throwaway mid-major games and also, this year, included at least one intriguing match-up between Utah and Colorado State.

But bowl games after Christmas up to New Year’s that are not part of the New Year’s Six are a wide variety. They include mid-majors, bottom of the barrel Power Five teams, and elite teams in the Power Five. And all of the match-ups are intriguing in the weirdest week of the year.

As we get set to bring you Part II of our college football bowl predictions, which go from Christmas to New Year’s this time without including any of the New Year’s Six games, there are lots of what appear to be even match-ups, particularly among the low-level teams in the elite conference.

Remember, because this part doesn’t include our predictions on the New Year’s Six game, this goes from Dec. 26 to Dec. 30.

This year, Georgia-Louisville is the most exciting in this time frame, as it consists of two upper-echelon teams in the SEC and the ACC.

But don’t sleep on other interesting games like Oklahoma-Clemson, Nebraska-USC, and an old rivalry renewed between Arkansas and Texas.

Take a look at our analysis on all of those games and more in our Vegas Bowl Predictions Part II from Christmas to New Year’s.
