Profiling the top 10 NFL Draft prospects from the Pac-12 and where they will be drafted, including Leonard Williams and Marcus Mariota.

The 2015 NFL Draft begins on Thursday evening after months of breaking down the candidates, watching the Scouting Combine, tracking Pro Days and scouring the Internet for mock drafts. The Pac-12 has two of the most intriguing draft prospects this year in Marcus Mariota and Leonard Williams, but who else figures to hear their name called early on?

More from Arizona State Sun Devils

I think the Pac-12 can challenge the SEC for the most first round draft picks this year and I see at least six players going in the fist 32 picks and another two-four players who could potentially sneak their way into the first round.

Williams and Mariota have dominated much of the pre-draft coverage and rightfully so considering Williams may be the best talent in the draft and Mariota is the reigning Heisman Trophy winner and has reportedly had teams coveting him in a potential trade up for the Oregon Duck.

The Pac-12 is much more than just Williams and Mariota, of course, with players like Danny Shelton and Arik Armstead two of the biggest defensive linemen in the draft and a pair of receivers in Jaelen Strong and Nelson Agholor who could make immediate impacts as rookies.

Washington could be the real headliner in the draft with as many as four defenders who could hear their name called in the first round, so let’s take a look at the top 10 draft prospects from the Pac-12 and where they project to hear their name called in this year’s draft.
