Pac-12 predictions against the spread for every Pac-12 game in Week 5, including whether the Oregon Ducks can get back on track after a blowout loss.

Week Four in the Pac-12 was very unexpected. We saw the South division claim dominance over the North. We saw the state of Arizona watch its football teams collapse into puddle of irrelevance. Utah finally broke out with its most impressive win since joining the conference. Oregon watched an era come to an end. It was the biggest weekend for west coast football in a decade, and I am more excited about the rest of this season than I have been in years.

More from Arizona State Sun Devils

New blood has emerged, challenging the historical powers. Cal is looking like a legitimate threat to Stanford and Oregon. Utah is looking to finally claim a conference title. Injuries have rattled some former contenders, as linebacker Scooby Wright’s absence has doomed the Arizona defense and a broken finger to Oregon quarterback Vernon Adams might have ended their title hopes. Disappointed teams are making excuses, including calling out their fans. The entire conference has become unpredictable.

While we know more about these teams each week, picking winners is becoming more and more difficult. The conference is stacked with talent, and I am getting destroyed by overreacting each week. But please keep reading, even if it is just to laugh at my picking incompetence, or even hit up Las Vegas and bet against me. Without further preamble, here are the Week five predictions.
