Spring practices are getting underway and plenty of storylines and questions face the Pac-12 football teams, including whether Josh Rosen can make a run at the Heisman.

The 2015 Pac-12 season was a crazy one from start to finish. After was all said and done, the Pac-12 had no representation in the College Football Playoffs and the finish to bowl season wasn’t nearly as strong as most would have expected.

In the Pac-12 North, we saw Oregon stumbling out of the gates, California riding high early and Washington State came out of nowhere. And despite writing off Stanford after their week one loss at Northwestern, they emerged as the Pac-12 champions, fueled by Heisman finalist Christian McCaffrey.

Out of the Pac-12 South, the reigning champs out of Tucson were plagued with injuries all season, Utah was in the College Football Playoff conversation throughout most of the season and UCLA fell out of contention to win the South, dealing with the freshman growing pains of Josh Rosen. Instead, it was the USC Trojans coming out on top.

Over half of the conference will be without their 2015 signal caller, facing the tall task of replacing guys like Cody Kessler, Vernon Adams Jr., Mike Bercovici, Jared Goff, Kevin Hogan, Seth Collins. Colorado might also have to find a replacement for Sefo Liufau, who might be out for all of 2016. That quarterback situation brings up a lot of questions.

But beyond the quarterback situations lay many other big questions and storylines this spring, that will be answered all throughout the 2016 season.
