1. Kyle Trask is this year’s Joe Burrow

Alright, I’ll just come out and say it: Kyle Trask is the Joe Burrow of 2020.

You could make the argument that Mac Jones has assumed that role, but Trask just screams Burrow in almost every way. He already has a year of starting experience under his belt and while he was solid last year, he’s gotten better in every way this season — much like Burrow did from 2018 to 2019.

Trask is red-hot this season and looks like the best quarterback in the SEC right now, right up there with Jones.

Against a stingy Georgia defense, he passed for 474 yards and four touchdowns and that was with him not truly going off in the second half because, well, the Gators didn’t need him to sling it. He completed 30-of-43 passes and threw an interception but he’s been relatively mistake-free this season.

Through five games, Trask has 1,815 yards and a nation-high 22 touchdowns with just three picks and a completion rate of 69 percent.

Trask is Burrow 2.0 but will he win a national title?
