1. This team should win out with ease

There are no “easy” wins in college football, especially in the SEC, but after holding on in a trap game, of sorts, on Saturday afternoon. The Gators didn’t play well against Vanderbilt and still won by 21 points.

Left on the schedule are games against Tennessee, Kentucky and LSU which have all been underwhelming this season. The game against the Volunteers will be the only one outside of Gainesville remaining and if the Gators can take care of Jeremy Pruitt and Co., they should cruise to a 9-1 regular season record.

Florida is basically a lock to get to the SEC title game, barring an absolute meltdown in these final three weeks. If the Gators win out and get a chance to face Alabama, they could head to their first playoff in school history.

With Kyle Trask playing as well as he has and the wealth of weapons on the offensive side of the ball, Florida is this year’s version of 2019 LSU.
