Florida football is looking to end its regular season on a high note and head to the SEC title game with momentum. Will the Gators take care of LSU?

It’s been a rough season for LSU, there’s no doubt about that. The opposite can be said for Florida as the Gators look like this season’s version of the 2019 LSU Tigers. The offense is on point and the defense has room for improvement.

Now, the two face off in the regular season finale trending in opposite directions. The Tigers recently self-imposed a bowl ban after an internal investigation into the program while the Gators are headed to the SEC title game to represent the East against Alabama. Florida is two wins away from a College Football Playoff appearance.

What could take place on Saturday evening in Gainesville between the Gators and Tigers?

3. Florida will have at least two 100-yard receivers

Kyle Trask has had no shortage of talented targets to throw to this season, led by Kyle Pitts and Kadarius Toney. Both have over 600 yards receiving on the season with a total of 89 receptions and 19 touchdown catches.

But they aren’t the only two threats.

LSU is going to have a nightmare of a time trying to guard Florida’s talented tight end and receiving corps. That will lead to at least two 100-yard receivers for the Gators.

Will it be the usual suspects of Toney and Pitts or will someone like Jacob Copeland, Trevon Grimes or Justin Shorter step up? It could be a combo of the first two and one of the latter three.
