On Saturday Morning, ESPN held its first College GameDay show of the season, meaning each of the panelists gave their predictions for the season. When Nick Saban unveiled his National Championship matchup, he put his former assistants Mario Cristobal and Steve Sarkisian in the final with the Hurricanes coming out on top.
Picking Miami to win it all is far from a bold prediction, given that we just saw the Hurricanes play for it all last season. The Canes this season may be even scarier with Darian Mensah at quarterback as Miami dominated the Stanford Cardinal on Friday night.
Heading into the season, Miami is clearly the best team in the ACC, and the only question is whether or not they'll be able to run the table to win the conference this season.
