AP top 25 poll released: Three teams ranked too high/too low

facebooktwitterreddit

The AP top 25 poll was released on Sunday afternoon and the Ohio State Buckeyes are the unanimous No. 1 team in the country as they look to repeat as national champions.

For the first time in the history of the AP poll, Urban Meyer’s Ohio State Buckeyes are the unanimous No. 1 team in the preseason poll.

Coming in behind Ohio State is TCU, Alabama, Baylor and Michigan State to round out the top five. At least two of these teams should be among the four teams in the College Football Playoff.

Auburn, Oregon, USC, Georgia and Florida State round out the top 10 and it wouldn’t be shocking to see two from this group make the Playoff as well.

Check out the rest of the AP top 25 poll below and chime in on social media or in the comments section with the teams you think are ranked too high and the teams you think are ranked too low. I think Florida State, LSU and Ole Miss are ranked a few spots too high while Arizona State, Clemson and Oklahoma are a few spots too low.
