Justin contributes to FanSided's college football and Florida Panthers blogs, Saturday Blitz, and The Rat Trick. He has been with FanSided since September 2020, beginning as a contributor to Puck Prose. He is currently a Montclair State University student majoring in Sports Communication. Justin has excelled in the classroom, being named to the Dean's List four times. Perez has been a die-hard sports fan since he was a young child and has kept up with all four major pro sports leagues, along with NCAA football and basketball, his entire life. His biggest passion, being a fan of the Florida Panthers, began in the 2007-08 season. Perez hopes to be an editor with FanSided one day. Outside of sports, Justin is an avid gamer and collector of retro video games and consoles. He also loves anime, hip-hop, and metal music. Don't challenge him to a game of Tecmo Super Bowl.
